My water broke. I was in labor for 14 hours. Getting an epidural was the *best* decision I have ever made. I pushed for three hours and out popped a baby! AND surprise, surprise... David watched the entire process without passing out.
There you go. One week after Joey was born we moved very sporadically. As promised here are some pictures with brief descriptions of where we now live. But first there are two things you should remember:
1. We used to live in a 400 sq. foot dump. Just close your eyes and try to picture that...
AND
2.
AKA We live here. This is not a museum.
So we are going to make a game out of the fact that our house is not always perfectly clean. Just humor me. If you can find these items in the pictures below, you win (pride in your accomplishment)!
1. How many doormats are on our front porch?
2. A roll of toilet paper.
3. Three hair bands.
4. A gift tag.
5. A piping bag (like the kind for frosting) ring. You screw these over the piping tips to keep them on better.
6. A bowl with melted ice cream.
7. The carseat.
8. A FLUFFY blue blanket.
9. A load of whites
10. Amanda (the actual Amanda, not a picture of her on the wall).
11. Flushable wipes
12. A small red toy.
13. Homemade pear jam.
14. Approximately 220 Luvs diapers.
Welcome to our home!
So you walk directly into the living room, and if you were to walk straight in, this is the wall you'd see:
I am pretty good at hanging empty frames. Then if you turned to the right, you'd see:
DAVID!!!!!!! And our red couch. Directly across from this wall, you'd see:
My personal favorite wall/table. See that door to the left of our table? That is our pantry/storage:
Its some pretty awesome storage.
P.S. Did I mention that we have a washer and dryer (our very own!!).
This is our laundry closet.
Here is our kitchen:
And look what is right outside the kitchen window (which we do sometimes use as a sliding door...).
Back to the rest of the house. Here's our hallway:
The door to the left is the bathroom. The door straight ahead is Joseph's room. The door to our bedroom is on the right.
The Bathroom.
Joseph's bedroom.
My favorite piece of artwork in his room.
And our room.
And that's where we live. :)

LOVE IT! :) I am jealous of that closet!
